We are looking for a “ Subdirector ” in Forum Istanbul.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

As a Subdirector, you are an integral part of the Inditex image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store's objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
• Overview all operational and administrative tasks
• Motivate, encourage and inspire your team
• Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
• To carry out the recruitment and administrative processes without errors,
• Be an ambassador for our company’s sustainability strategy

You have been working as a manager within the company for at least one year. You are good in English.
