We are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our rapidly growing support organization!

Main Responsibilities:

 •             Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact

•             Helping clients implement services and plan projects effectively

•             Assisting customers with using our services throughout projects

•             Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

•             Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers

•             To identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for own customers

•             Address customer issues with speed and efficiency

•             To prepare reports on Project/service performance

 Requirements:

 •             BS degree in Information Technology or related business focus area

•             3+ years of experience in IT / SAP / AMS / PM (SAP is preferred)

•             Strong working knowledge of project management & IT Service Mgmt. methodologies and best practices

•             Service Level Management and Service Delivery Management experience

•             A high level of English language proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)

•             Experience in international collaboration, experience of working with multi-cultural delivery teams.

•             Strong organizational and multitasking skills

•             Customer-oriented, solution-oriented approach

•             Problem-solving aptitude

•             Excellent communication skills, excellent verbal/written skills and ability to interface with "C" level executives

•             Communication (incl. English), relationship building, collaboration, motivation, integrity, trust

•             Management capabilities incl. team building and ability to build consensus

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
