The Candidate

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related departments
• Fluency in English
• Min 8 years of experience in all functions of HR
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labour Law & SGK (Social Security) regulations
• Experience in a production environment
• Strong TS-16949 experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
• High sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
• No military obligation for male candidates

The Job

• Lead organisational priorities and human resource strategies
• Lead HR projects such as job evaluation, organisational restructuring, and execute relevant actions
• Interact with management associates to guide and lead employee relations, training
• and recruitment needs, wages and compensation, benefits administration
• Conducting and supervising the Talent Management, Succession Planning and Organization Development procedures and implementations
• Leading processes in defining personnel goals & objectives, performance measurement, and evaluation instruments that are utilised in the company
• Preparing annual employee benefits budget and revisions,
• Design, development, and preparation of periodic HR reports
• Leading, maintaining, monitoring labour and workplace-safety regulations
• Develop and implement corporate & employer branding communication strategies, drive company online sites and corporate social media presence
• Create and secure approval for an annual corporate communication plan, including budgetary requirements; manage adherence to budget
• Support business development processes
