QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Genel Nitelikler:

  • Graduated from a Universty,
  • Fluent in English (2nd language preferred),
  • Able to use MS Office programs effectively, preferably knowing the Logo Tiger program,
  • Executive assistant and/or office management experience
  • Data analysis, evaluation and reporting,
  • Analytical thinking,
  • Able to take responsibility by acting with the awareness of the image required by the institution and duty it represents, and use initiative when necessary,
  • Strong human relations and communication skills, prone to teamwork,
  • Well-developed communication and organizational skills, proper diction,
  • Goal and result oriented,
  • Depending on his/her performance, he/she can see the task as an opportunity for his/her professional development,
  • No restrictions on international travel.



Job Description

  • The responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager, who is under the Board of Directors and will report to the CEO r, are defined below.
  •       Experienced in Strategic Planning
  •       Preferably have experience in following the plans made on MS project

  •        Assist the CEO in the planning and implementation of the defined roadmap

  •        Assisting in the follow-up of operational projects under the follow-up of the CEO
  •       To support the work plan and budget follow-up studies under the follow-up of the CEO
  •       CEO will create and follow the operational weekly, monthly and annual calendar together with the CEO.
  •        Experienced in HR planning
  •       Coordinate the determination of the company's human resource needs and the execution of the necessary recruitment activities.
  •       To ensure that performance management activities are coordinated
  •        The company's employee targets, which are determined in accordance with the strategies, will be periodically followed up with the company performance.
  •        To provide coordination between units (meeting, committee, etc.) for the purpose of internal communication.

    Preferred Candidate

    10 - 20 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
    Completed
    English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
