Qualifications: 

• Preferably industrial, mechanical engineering graduation
• Minimum 2 years experience in OEM Tier 1 global supply chain 
• Very good English reading, writing and speaking skills
• Ability to use MS Office programs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills,
• Very good business follow-up skills, solution-oriented, analytical thinking,

Job description:

• Review customer orders, calculate labor and machinery requirements, prepare, and present logistics contracts, and manage contract meetings. Make medium and long-term capacity forecasts based on customer orders.
• Preparation & publishing Direct production based on the weekly production and central shipment schedules, checking product types and quantities against records in daily shipments. Prepare the production schedule for the next week based on incoming and customer orders, ensuring approval is obtained by Friday evening each week.
• Ensure the production of requested products in the desired quantities, ensure compliance with JIT and flow management standards, and take necessary actions in case of deviations.
• Report production delays and ensure necessary coordination until the delays are resolved.
• Managing MRP activities. Conduct material requirement planning for semi-finished, raw materials, and materials according to MRP material requirement reports.
• Physically track all stocks of raw materials, materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials belonging to the operation, and follow up on the opening of Procurement orders according to the Procurement process.
• Monitor the unloading, inspection, and stocking of incoming raw materials and materials and ensure organization.
