Our client, a global leader in the security solutions industry, is seeking a qualified a Financial Controller Specialist to join their team in Istanbul, Turkey. The company is a part of a renowned multinational corporation specializing in access solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to fully master the HFM (Hyperion Financial Reporting) program, with secondary responsibilities including verification and control of records according to the report system within the month.

Requirements:

Position reports to "Chief Financial Officer (CFO)''
Supporting the month end financial closure activities
Preparation of monthly financial statements in line with IFRS standards
Timely, accurate and relevant reporting of monthly-consolidated financial statements, periodic and ad-hoc management reports
Assisting preparation of variance analysis reports and explanations.Qualifications, 

Experience, & Skills:

Proficient in spoken and written English
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in financial reporting
Graduated from a university with a degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related numerical field
Demonstrates adaptability and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Strong planning and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.
