İş Holding, which is the Turkish master franchisor of KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme brands as well as Peyman, the signature brand of dried fruits, is operating in food, QSR, construction, logistics, paper, textile, energy, media, foreign trade, IT, industry and agriculture companies.

We are currently seeking for a “Executive Assistant” for our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
• German knowledge is a plus,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Good time management skills,
• Good at planning and organization,
• Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing professional scheduling for the chief staff, including agendas, e-mails, conference calls, travel arrangements, etc.
• Organization of all kinds of meetings
• Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.);
• Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients;
• High level of scheduling, prioritizing, task management, follow up of agenda and meetings,
