We are looking for a team member for the position of "Design Specialist" at the head office of IPEKYOL GROUP.

• Graduated from Fine Arts or Fashion Design Department

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the field

• Proficient in English

• Proficient in Technical Drawing

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Creative with an aesthetic perspective

• Follows fashion and new trends

• Knowledgeable in pattern-making, sewing, and fabrics at an advanced level

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Willingness to travel

• For male candidates, completed military service (if applicable)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keeping up with global fashion, industry developments, and innovations

• Identifying fabric patterns and supporting the production process

• Assisting in the product development and collection creation process

• Participating in fittings of produced models and supporting the finalization of the designs

• Identifying fabric swatches received after fairs, determining fabric groups, assisting in setting prices on swatches, and preparing them according to price groups

• Creating visual R&D files for collection development

• Visiting fairs and conducting general processing, lace, and accessory R&D with manufacturers and creating archives

• Tracking developed patterns, processes, and accessories

• Supporting in the formation of collection themes and controlling data entries
