 Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience

·       Experience with RPA/RDA Development (i.e. Blue Prism, Uipath)

·       Experience in .NET, C#, Visual Basic and Macro (VBA) development is a plus

·       Understanding of HTML

·       Maximum 2 years of experience as a software developer, SQL and relational databases, and application development

·       Experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel and understanding of process design documents

·       Experience in workflow diagrams and technical design documents on automation space Inspired by new technology implementations

·       Good communication skills in English both written and verbal

Main responsibilities are:

• Designing process solutions, creating and maintaining solution documentation,
• Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand,
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility,
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required,
• Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements,
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process,
• Mentoring junior colleagues through the RPA/RDA training and accreditation program – providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques,
• Communicating with software vendors on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users,
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process,
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases,
• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes,
• Understand, analyze and design of efficient business processes: perform due diligence and assessment of business processes to determine target processes ideal for automation,
• RPA/RDA Consultancy in RPA/RDA projects: responsible for the different facets of the tool/application development process including: research, design, programming and testing.
