Innosys R&D engineering company and its young dynamic team provide customized services and products for the customers in various fields. At our engineering department, we provide customized mechanical and electronic system design, prototyping and mass production based on customer specifications such as quality standard and production capacity. We produce wide range of oil, gas and chemistry laboratory test cells, reactors, auto samplers, rock breaking tools, etc.

Primary Function of Position:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join us, and be responsible for identification, conception, specification, design, build, implementation, and support. The successful candidate will conceptualize, develop and support the mechanical design in several products in a variety of fields. The candidate will demonstrate creativity and sound engineering in the design of projects along with good knowldge of the selection of engineering materials. The candidate must be able to coordinate their efforts within a team design effort, and be able to report progress and milestones relative to the overall development project. He or she must excel in a high-energy team environment and be capable of making sound decisions when faced with the time pressures and incomplete information typical of new product development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Will develop equipment/design concepts based on requirements for product quality, process capability, internal and industry standards and practices, and/or manufacturing throughput requirements and translate ambiguous customer needs to defined equipment requirements
• Will determine and implement design approaches and parameters and conduct feasibility studies on new designs.
• Understanding of all phases of the development life-cycle including design, implementation, verification, validations, and transfer
• Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and have the ability to understand geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Driving projects to completion, both internally and externally, within time and cost estimates using engineering project management practices
• Perform tolerance and engineering calculations, utilizes existing calculation tools.
• Perform engineering analysis; perform and document engineering tests
• Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve moderately complex technical issues
• Analyze and solve technical problems/issues and provide solutions that can be implemented in a timely matter
• Direct and coordinate prototype manufacturing and field installation/retrofit activities to ensure products confirm to engineering design and customer specifications
• Produce engineering documents including design drawings, installation manuals, etc.
• Work effectively in a multi-function engineering development team and engage customers and suppliers directly to discuss and interpret mechanical solution requirements
• Will submit periodic reports on assigned topics to supervisor.

Qualifications

-       Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering as a minimum. Masters or PhD is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design.
• Experience with CAD tools
• Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis
• Advance English level
  

• Demonstrated technical design and problem-solving skills.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
• Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

• Ability to prepare, read comment on engineering documents such as PID, PFD.
• Competency in sheet metal design.
• Capable of designing mechanical parts for plastic and metal injection mold production method.
• Experienced in pressurized vessel design and production.
• General knowledge about machine automation and capable of writing automation scenarios and algorithms.
• Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills required
• Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in associations
• Travel 5-10% based on project needs
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
