If you want to be the “Asset Liability Risk Management AVP/Specialist” in our Market Risk Management and Product Control Group of Audit Committee and if you are willing to work in a global company with flexible hours in casual dress-code every day, and in flexible places two days a week in our Maslak Headquarters,

If you think you have most of the followingqualifications;

•     Minimum 2 years of experience in ALM or Market Risk function of a Bank
•     Good understanding of interest rate risk modelling
•     Knowledge of Basel and Liquidity Risk Management requirements
•     Knowledge of modelling behavioral products and accounting principles
•     Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
•     Proficient in Excel and VBA, with a knowledge of SQL
•     Strong quantitative skills and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently, critically review and challenge numbers
•     Project management skills to undertake and drive/monitor specific projects
•     Full understanding of banking and treasury products, the inherent risks that these generate and the instruments that are used to hedge these risks

If you think you may take charge of the followingresponsibilities;

•     Analytical review and monitoring of Interest Rate Risk metrics and limits with regards to ING guidelines and regulatory standards
•     Ongoing monitoring and assessment of the Liquidity Risk denominators and limits with regards to group and regulatory standards
•     Review the soundness and analytical toughness of behavioral modelling
•     Review and further develop ILAAP architecture which is integrated within the overall management framework via Risk Identification, CFP, LQ Stress Testing, LQ Buffer, FTP, RAS and intraday liquidity management
•     Execution of stress testing for the local and global regulators
