QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Law Faculty of Universities,
• Experienced in the fields of Labor Law, Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Tax Law, and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for 3-4 years,
• Experienced in providing legal consultancy to companies in corporate legal departments and/or law firms,
• Proficient in Business English,
• Proficient in using UYAP and MS Office applications effectively,
• Able to follow current legislation and changes in legislation related to the scope of activity,
• Experienced in legal research and writing,
• Proficient in contract drafting and review details,
• Investigative, able to work systematically, and responsible,
  
  

We are looking for a "Lawyer" to work in our Index Grup.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking timely legal measures to protect company interests and resolve disputes to avoid legal conflicts,
• Ensuring the preparation of contracts and agreements to be concluded on behalf of the company in a manner that does not create legal disputes and in line with the interests of the company,
• Providing legal opinions on all matters transferred from company departments that may result in legal, financial, administrative, or criminal consequences,
• Following legislation such as laws, regulations, statutes, etc., and providing opinions in accordance with changing legislation,
• Conducting general assemblies of companies operating within the group, taking necessary Board of Directors Decisions, and managing all processes related to this,
• Representing the company management in judicial and administrative courts, enforcement directorates, and official and private institutions and organizations,
• Drafting specifications, agreements, powers of attorney, notifications, guarantees, and preparing legal opinions for those prepared by company departments,
• Handling lawsuits and execution proceedings filed by or against the company,
• Preparing necessary documents for execution proceedings, ensuring their follow-up and filing,
• Preparation/examination of contracts to which the company is a party or will be a party, obtaining approvals, and informing relevant units about the contract processes,
• Ensuring the collection of receivables through legal means.
