QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to take part in İnci Holding located in İzmir.


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in relevant fields (Economics, Industrial/Mechanical/Management Engineering, Psychology/Sociology),
  • More than 5 years professional experience with HR,
  • Previous experience as an HR advisor or business partner is a must,
  • Experienced in recruitment, talent management, C&B practices as a HR Generalist,
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law, payroll, and all related critical administrative issues,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to organize and prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
  • Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
  • Good level oral and written communication skills in English,
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Representing the employer brand determined by Inci Holding; implementing recruitment processes that will focus on the needs of the organization and the experience of the candidate.
  • Managing the orientation process
  • Ensuring that the personal file of the hired personnel is fully started. To keep all personal files up to date.
  • Following the recruitment report regularly
  • Following communication with consultants and suppliers.
  • Collaborate and benchmarking with group companies if necessary, in terms of recruitment.
  • Coordinating Human Resources Practices of İnci Group Companies (motivational activities, career days, participation in fairs, group HR practices)
  • Ensuring that Human Resources procedures, instructions and policies are implemented in all companies as required.
  • Coordinating the implementation of the performance management system
  • Tracking Human Resources metrics and ensuring action is taken in negative situations.
  • Prepare data for the reports to be submitted to the Board of Directors of Inci Holding.
  • Ensuring the implementation and dissemination of corporate cultures and strategies in Holding and Holding companies.
  • Carry out employee engagement research studies.
  • Managing the payroll processes with the 3rd party.
  • Managing the PDKS process.
  • Making the necessary end-of-month reports.
  • Consolidating data for IH staff and HR expense budgets for budget process.
