QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree, in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- High planning and production management skills
- Very good analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills, giving importance to time management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Knowledge of 5S, Lean production, TPM
- Fluent English and/or Italian
- Good communication skills
- Management of production, incl. planning, control, monitoring, risk management
- Manage the production to produce on time without backorder and with high quality level.
- Monitor stock levels for products according to Sales Plan
- Prepare weekly , monthly reports as required ( Production Capacity, Production Performance)
- To ensure that all the production/assembly lines in the plant are operating effectively and efficiently
- Take active role during new products development and collaborate with project team
- Productivity analysis with Project Team
- To create and follow 5S teams, launch lean production methods
- Communication with other departments required for solving problems and, if possible, prevent them in advance
- Maintain safe work environment in responsible process and employee
