• Bachelor's degree in the fields of IT or Computer Engineering,Mathematics or Statistics
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Qlik Sense is must (Additional knowledge in business intelligence tools such as Tableu, PowerBI is a plus
• Knowledge of MS-SQL
• Business knowledge (Finance, Accounting, Logistics)
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Able to work in a team with strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Working in collaboration with various departments to analyze and understand their reporting needs
• Responsible for creating the reports and dashboards using the Qlik Sense tool
• Following up managerial issues such as license compliance, hardware and license maintenance, yearly budget etc.
•  Responsible for implementing the standard report package delivered by IKEA Global
• Business Intelligence Specialist reports to IT Manager
