Now we are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our international team as a full time “Training Specialist” who is willing to contribute to the development of IAS Business Academy, located at our headquarter office in Istanbul, by providing the best training experience to our customers, business partners and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences, Social Sciences, Information Technology or Computer Science,

• At least three years of experience in full Training and Development cycle, 

• Strong presentation skills: ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand,

• Excellent communication skills: ability to work cooperatively with all levels of participants, 

• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies, 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English: ability to facilitate in English, 

• Able to domestic and international travel,

* Knowledge of ERP processes and systems is highly appreciated.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop caniasERP modules training content,

• Translate contents related to trainings, if required,

• Plan and conduct the assigned training program, determine the training and development methods to meet the customer needs, 

• Conduct distance trainings using video conferencing technology,

• Evaluate and follow up the training programs, 

• Take an active role in developing new training projects, 

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude daily and under deadlines
