QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering faculties, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences, from a reputable university
• Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical aspects, give importance to details
• Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
• Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, open to change and innovation competencies
• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS office knowledge is required
• 1-3 years of professional experience with similar responsibilities
• Advanced level of both written & spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates

• Prepare monthly campaign plans, obtain approval from the relevant departments and managers for the plan.
• Analyze customer target group that the campaign content will be announced and create the data.
• Responsible for Customer Lifecycle & New Customer & Lost Customer management.
• Prepare and send message text & mail content.
• Plan and manage the work on the outgoing call team.
• Follow software developments of the current system considering the needs of the related parties with the Information Technologies department.
• Conduct related integration studies.
• Initiate projects or actions to increase customer data
