QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities

·         Interested in automotive industry and willing to improve himself/herself in this area

·         Excellent command of written & spoken English

·         Advanced reporting skills including statistical & data analysis

·         Good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

·         Good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and ability to lead a project team

·         No restriction to travel in Turkey and abroad

·         Having “B” class driver’s license and driving experience

·         No military obligation for male candidates

·         Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Performing quality improvement activities to solve possible customer complaints quickly by taking an active role between suppliers and distributors

·         Continuously following and analyzing customer complaints and proposing solutions

·         Preparation of necessary reports for the top management

·         Preparing service bulletins for dealers and distributors

·         Performing activities for new vehicle projects
