Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

At least 7 years experiences in Quality Area

Fluency in written and spoken English

Excellent using MS office program

Having good knowledge of Quality Management System

Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and problem solving skills

Knowledge in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen)

Good team-player and strong communication skills in an international environment, 

İŞ TANIMI

Manage and validate all materials and establish corrective actions for any nonconformance.

Responsible for developing; managing and overseeing all onsite operations related to quality inspection and containment activities. 

Coordinates plant quality initiatives within production unit.

Engage on customer claims to improve process related issues.

Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.

Analyzing quality records and reporting results internally.

Contacting customer for any quality or project issue.

Accompanying customer audits and plant visits and follow-up action plans. 

To provide training to employees on quality, prevention, correction and verification.

Ability to solve the problems by using root causes analyses. 

Follow up corrective and preventive actions status.

Manage control plans and update it regularly.

Prepare weekly, monthly reports.

Preparing activity reports and present to Quality Manager.
