GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are ready to work with professionals who show high potential in the Development Training Process.

We are looking for a team member to be a part of the Training and Support Team for our software package in the Hospitality Industry of all over the Turkey with the following qualifications;

• Establish strong relationships with the users by performing the training and support processes in order to increase the use of products.

• Reportings the development requests and bugs detected during the training processes.

• Training documentations / User manuals for software modules.

Required Abilities and Specializations:

• Can communicate comfortably and fluently in English,

• Successful in human relations, strong representation and persuasion,

• Being customer focused and paying attention to working with the priority on customer satisfaction,

• Passionate about teaching and execution of training and sales-oriented development

• Good skills in planning, organizing, controlling and innovating,

• The ability to take responsibility in project management,

• Will be able to provide end user training and support,

• Be able to solution-oriented, establish constructive and collaborative relationships with teammates,

• Experienced in training and technical support,

• No restriction for domestic and international travel,

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
