Qualifications :

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other qualified discipline of reputable universities
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience in one of audit firms is an asset
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish GAAP and accounting principles
• S/he has also excellent command of spoken and written English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SAP is a preference factor
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
• Possess a strong understanding of business drivers and their fundamentals, financial statements and cash flow forecasts
• No military obligation for male candidates

       Responsibilities :

•  Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  
• Works with foreigner consultants; cash flow forecasting and close follow-up with realizations
• Collects and analyzes the data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly forecasts as well as various financial analyses as needed by the management
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Prepares the financial statements of the company in accordance with IFRS standards
• Controls the monthly accounting closing process, identify and propose adjustments, if necessary
• Coordinates audit fieldwork process with the auditors
• Analysis of financials and key performance indicators
• Supports ad-hoc management reports
