Clinic Specialist is responsible for the patient journey in the clinic to ensure the best patient experience in collaboration with the sales and dental teams.

Our Expectations:

* Supervising the patient through in-and-out of clinic experience

* Organizing patient schedule in Istanbul including transfers, hotel bookings and clinic appointments.

* Supporting the communication between the dentists and the patients.

* Ensuring the treatment plans created by the sales team is correctly applied.

* Creating orders for dental lab production.

* Follow up treatment processes to be aligned with clinic standards. 

* Follow up patient experience at post-treatment phase.

Qualifications: 

* At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or health industry.

* Fluency in English and Turkish is a must.

* Excellent communication and organization skills

* Passionate, street-smart and solution oriented.
