QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of export/import procedures, shipping documents and documentary credit, bank guarantees.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar function (i.e, import/export, bank or similar)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- French as a second language will be a plus
- Result oriented and strong attention to details
- Being accurate, well organized and punctual
- Good understanding of different cultures
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point
- Experience or knowledge on ERP (enterprise resource planning) will be a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills, team player, flexible, stress tolerant and hard working
- Able to work in a complex and fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Supporting trade operations department mainly
- Following up the export operations
- Handling of the operation of the shipments
- Enabling the communication between all parties; banks, customers, suppliers, agencies and customs
Preferred Candidate
