One of the biggest FMCG companies in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a "Talent Management & Leadership Executive" for Human Resources Department.

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development)
  • Fluency in English
  • Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills within a matrix organization
  • Hard-working, highly motivated and team player
  • No restriction to travel (abroad) and thinking broadly about business
  • No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

  • Developing, implementing and standardizing leadership development, organizational development and talent management processes in global scale
  • Managing all aspects of training, including creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs
  • Developing and implementing all training assessment and evaluation tools
  • Evaluate training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness
  • Identify and report training metrics
  • Managing and building strong relationships with 3rd parties
  • Preparing career development roadmaps and programs for emerging competencies responding to new trends
  • Building new systems for succession planning and talent management processes
  • Designing leadership development programs with company strategies, goals and career development roadmaps
  • Monitoring new training technologies and integrating these technologies into processes
  • Supporting activities included in the training and communication agenda
  • Managing Corporate Mentoring Program
