Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications 
• Experience with SAP Retail (Purchasing, Sales operations), SAP-CAR, POSDM configurations. Also experience with SAP ABAP code reading
• Profound understanding of Retail business processes 
• Understanding of integration points with the SD/MM modules and other NON-SAP retail systems
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others 
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness 
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities 
• Strong team work skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• No restrictions to travel

• Knowledge about ITIL framework

Job Description

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Retail, SAP-CAR / POSDM functions
  
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs 
• Design, customize, configure and test the SAP Retail and SAP-CAR functionalities
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required 
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
• Manage outsource consultants
