Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Demonstrated knowledge in Automation/Smart Manufacturing
• Experience with digital manufacturing tools and techniques
• Experience with large organizations and large projects, different production types, preferably in FMCG sector
• Solid experience on Project Management
• Capable of managing the implementation of Industrial IT projects in a multiple factories
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients 
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management 
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• No restrictions to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description:

• Responsible for all Manufacturing Execution Systems and above layers of Hayat Holding companies : selection of appropriate application or solution, implementation of solution, setting up support structure after implementation, supporting existing applications and solutions
• Dives business and process improvements across multiple manufacturing and transactional processes by designing, improving, and implementing integrated systems of people, materials, and equipment
• Partners with the automation and production teams to provide Industry 4.0 solutions
• Transitioning development products to a production environment and country rollouts
• Management of Industrial IT team and contractors
• Eager to take initiatives on digital transformation of company
• Ability to manage complex application environment and integrations
• Very good knowledge and experience of integration of multiple applications and enterprise architecture
• Follow-up trends and technological improvements in Industrial Systems and solutions
• Proactive, solution oriented and result oriented
