Sales Support Specialist (Chemical Industry)

Qualifications;

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree,
• Preffered experienced in sales support, foreign trade operation, order management or new gratuated willing to start in related position,
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers,
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Good IT skills (ERP, MS Office, CRM),
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities;

• Handle all customer requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying pricing, credit memos and return authorization requests,
• Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes,
• Provide administrative assistance to executives and sales team members as required,
• Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion,
• Establish relationships with key suppliers to ensure their support for our production business initiatives.
