To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Export Booking Specialist who will be member of Customer Service Booking department, in our Izmir office.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in related field.

·        Excellent written and verbal communications in English

·        Experience in liner shipping or freight forwarding is a plus.

·        Proficiency in MS office applications

·        Systematic and efficient way of working

·        Ability to work in a team

·        Open for improvement

·        No military obligation for male candidate.

Job Description

·        Creates bookings and accurately assigns rates.

·        Identifies the route that will move containers from the beginning to the ending location.

·        Works with the related departments to determine equipment availability.

·        Ensures that any and all documentation required for a shipment is received in a timely manner.

·        Updates bookings when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes.

·        Addresses customer problems.

·        Coordinates with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments.

·        Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments.
