Job description and key responsibilities

• Be primary responsible for all areas linked to Equipment and Labor Efficiency
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
• Reporting to Supply Chain Manager who is in carge of production, planning and method processes in the company

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications

• BSc, engineering degree , Industrial Engineering is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience within a serial manufacturing environment
• Robust knowledge and experience in Lean Managment, TPM, 6 Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong planning, organization and project management capacity with an analytical mindset and robust problem solving skills
• Highly self-driven, resilient, assertive, solution- oriented personality
• Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing
