QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Griffin Consultancy, we are searching for a Regional Controlling Manager for one of our multinational business partners who is the unchallenged leader of home appliances industry. The Regional Controlling Manager will lead a team and be responsible for;

  • Acting as an efficient bridge between all the countries in the region and HQ,
  • Ensuring the timely & accurate execution of month end process for all the countries' finance teams,
  • Monitoring the budget planning & forecast process, analyze financial results and follow through the P&L process in constant communicaton with country boards,
  • Active & pro-active controlling of all possible financial topics & compose alternative scenarios based on the triggered effects of the very topics,
  • Participating in regional projects that requires cost, sales, business and/or financial controlling 
  • Determining the potential risks and opportunities in coordination with country boards and presenting them to HQ in continously improved financial reporting format.


The ideal Regional Controlling Manager candidate should;


  • Have at least 15 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, analysing functions in multinational companies, preferably in production industry,
  • Be experienced in multinational & matrix reporting structures and team management,
  • Have experience in cost controlling as well as financial reporting (i.e. P&L, IFRS, management reportings etc),
  • Be an exceptional process leader who establishes efficient lines of communication with the countries' financial teams, CFOs and management boards,
  • Have detail oriented and solition based analytical approach for everyday problems as well as a wider & strategical approach for unique regional risks & opportunities,  
  • Fluent in English,
  • Be proficient in MS Office programs and SAP.
