Central Sales Manager - Key Account Manager

As Griffin Consultancy, we are searching for a Central Sales Manager for one of our multinational clients who operates in global consumer goods market as the acclaimed leader of its area.

Central Sales Manager will directly report to Head of Sales, manage a team of 4 and be responsible for;

• Building, developing and maintaining customer relationships with existing and newly developed/to be developed key accounts & customers,
  
  
• Establishing strong & continuous client relationships and preparing a detailed profile of the market in order to correctly determine ideal pricing strategies as well as accurately project KPI's results,
  
  
• Determining & achieving annual performence targets such as number of new customers, turnover, penetration rates and profitability,
  
  
• Delivering sales presentations to top management as well as sales & marketing teams,
  
  
• Making activity & promotion plan for his/her channel in line with the budget and work closely with sales & marketing & finance teams in order to utilize quantitative results.

The right candidate should;

• Have minimum 10 years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in retail and/or HORECA markets,
  
  
• Have team management experience accompanied by delagation & communication skills,
  
  
• Be fluent in English & proficient in MS Office programs,
  
  
• Be customer oriented, sales focused, multi tasking and analytical,
  
  
• Have concrete experience in project management and strategical thinking.
