Key Responsibilities:

Support HR supervisor and take an initiative in the whole recruitment processes including identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

Participate in the monthly payroll processes, gather all information pertaining to work patterns and salary deductions to ensure that it is carried out and reported in accordance with the legal regulations and company procedures.

Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, occupational health and safety and resolve any issues that may arise.

Participate in employee relations activities such as collecting and analyzing employee data, organizing and updating employee files, and overseeing employee orientation and training, among other duties.

Prepare relevant HR reports required by HR supervisor.

Other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related majors.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources of recruitment and payroll, experienced in Logo HR module is preferred.

Proficiency in English: both written & verbal.

Having knowledge of Labor Law, Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreement Law, Social Security legislation, Occupational Health and Safety legislation and other legal regulations and legislation related to the profession.

Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition and the ability to communicate with people from all levels of the organization.

Good at prioritizing workload, multi-tasking, and having strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with working in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment.

Good command of Microsoft Office programs, in particular MS Excel.

Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
