GREEN Chemicals® A.Ş. is a leader company in Industrial Water, Geothermal and Waste Water Treatment. With operations in Turkey, Middle East, Africa, South America and Europe, GREEN Chemicals® is now hiring a Lead ESP Technician for its growing ESP(Electrical Submersible Pump) business as the official and sole channel partner of Baker Hughes Artificial Lift Systems in Turkey.

Qualifications:

Solid electrical background is a must. Previous experience in ESP systems or geothermal power plants is preferred

Good understanding of LV/MV equipment such as induction motors, variable speed drives, switchboards and phase-shift transformers

Hands-on experience using electrical meters such as multimeters, cable isolation tester, voltage divider and amp-clamp

Ability to perform basic electrical calculations with regard to conductor amperage load, voltage drop and transformer ratio

Excellent communications skills with business level English

Safety oriented with a strong team working mind-set

Willingness to learn, develop and take responsibility

No travelling limitations

For male candidates military service should be completed

Job Description:

Based in İzmir, Aydın, Denizli or Manisa Region

Reports to Equipment Service Manager and acts as the first point of contact during field operations

Under general supervision, performs Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) installations and pulls, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

In charge of the integrity of surface connections, equipment and downhole cable in coordination with customer personnel through testing, splicing or repairing where necessary

Provides instructions and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of ESPs

Generates paperwork regarding job log, timesheets and field tickets

Trains and mentors lower level technicians at the well site

Occasionally performs pre-job checks and post-job maintenance procedures in operation centers

Regularly collects and reports data from active ESPs within area of responsibility

Responds to emergency calls and takes immediate action in coordination with the Equipment Service Manager

Assists with the installation, maintenance and monitoring of GREEN Chemicals® automation systems (TreatON®)

Handles special projects as assigned

Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations
