We are looking for a "Cash Reconciliation Analyst" for our global business partner.

Job Description 

• Validate completed Direct Debit Instructions and run daily bank reports to identify any missing Direct Debit Data,
• Ensure timely reversal of DD rejections and follow up with relevant stakeholders,
• Analyze unidentified missing receipts and directly communicate with Treasury Back Office, Business, or other relevant parties to resolve issues within set timelines,
• Generate details for input into weekly and monthly control reports,
• Meet performance metrics and conduct monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts,
• Manage debit and credit balances on customer account statements through payments or adjustments, especially for accounts without assigned Debt Collectors,
• Perform daily clearing activities and reconcile customer accounts,
• Lead the general ledger account reconciliation process,
• Provide regular information on customer account balances (BA&BS) as per agreed format,
• Apply banking process knowledge to resolve complex issues related to various receipt modes,
• Ensure all cash is accurately entered into the system, banked on time, and applied to customer accounts.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field,
• Strong Customer Focus Skills,
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
• Analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and articulate data to solve problems and make decisions,
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred,
• Good Excel knowledge (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macro).
