Operations Assistant

Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in a mere 9 years to a global financial services company, with offices currently across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 1,500 people.

This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration/ Economy / Statistics or equivalent
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong Excell skills
• Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate
• Available for flexible working-hours if necessary
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Preferably forex brokerage experience
• Good command on MT4 / MT5 Manager and MT4 / MT5 administrator 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cooperating with international sales represantatives on both e mail environment and phone and help keep business running smoothly.
• Checking the country based KYC procedures and liase with compliance department.
• Coordinating with Country managers and operations manager and help running day to day business.
• Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports of the closed tasks and reporting to operations manager.
• Developing day to day based business.
