As GLAMIRA Digital Operations Team, our job is to promote this mindset in the digital world. In order to support GLAMIRA’s creative approach to jewelry, we manage our operations in 67 countries and in 18 different languages with local marketing strategies. In other words, we work as a global agency, our operations are always carefully executed for each country and culture.

We are looking for Web Analytics and Reporting Specialist to work with us in our Maslak Office.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree from the universities’ engineering, statistics, business administration departments

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably worked in a similar position in Web Analytics, CRM, or Reporting teams

  • Expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our visitors/customers interact with us,

  • Experienced in working with tracking and reporting technologies (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)

  • Experienced in making tagging plans, measure plans, KPI’s and knowing how to measure everything the best possible way and report the outcomes,

  • Familiar with A/B testing and conversion optimization processes,

  • Passionate for digital trends and aware of global best practices in industry,

  • Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Analytics Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Top Management and Digital Operations Team with reporting and analysis to support better decision making.

  • Prepare and distribute ad-hoc and weekly and monthly reports/dashboards,

  • Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our actions,

  • Analyze results and get insights to identify successes, failures, trends and effectively communicate these findings to management,

  • Track and analyze analytics data and get meaningful insights,

  • Play a key role in analyzing sales forecasting and KPI’s,

  • Support and train internal users of web analytics tools.

Preferred Candidate

1 - 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
