• Self-motivated and energetic with efficient communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide accurate information to meet customers’ needs and fulfill their requests,

• Communicate customers’ requests, opinions and complaints to the relevant departments,

• Provide solutions for customers’ problems,

• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies to resolve customer complaints,

• Assist customers to improve their shopping experience,

• Ensure the accuracy of the content of GLAMIRA’s online shops,
