Human Resources & Training Executive

We are looking for a Human Resources &Training Executive to be responsible for daily HR tasks, including recruitment onboarding, training, payroll &benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and  employee relations. 

The role will also involve providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures .

The HR &Training  Executive will play a supporting role in the smooth daily operations of the HR Department, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversees the recruitment process from end to end.

Performance Management: Admins a performance evaluation system that drives excellence and aligns with company goals. Provides constructive feedback and coaches to enhance team capabilities.

Training & Employee Development: Crafts and executes a learning and development plan that addresses both the immediate and future needs of the business, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensures all HR practices comply with legal standards and reflects industry best practices. Stays abreast of changes in employment legislation and adjusts policies accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A visionary HR professional with a bachelor's degree in related fields.

At least 3 years of HR generalist experience within the  sector, 

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.

A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong analytical and strategic mindset.

Deep understanding of employment law, workforce diversity, and inclusion practices, with a commitment to ethical HR practices.
