QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The group is active in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, advanced outsourcing, search and selection, training, outplacement, HR consulting, as well as in a variety of complementary activities.


We are looking for “Marketing Specialist” who will take part in the growing Gi Group team.

 
  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university,
  • Min 3 years of business experience in the marketing ecosystem,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Experienced in Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing,
  • Experienced in setting up and optimizing campaigns across different channels,
  • Proactive thinker with decision making ability,
  • Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers,
  • Highly motivated, continuous learner with ability to work collaboratively as a team as well as across functions.

İŞ TANIMI

  • Building Gi Group Brands awareness
  • Implementing Marketing strategies for local business lines aligning local needs with Global marketing strategy and guidelines
  • Executing re-branding activities in the country for the GI Brands
  • Setting up and execution of Digital and social media communication, aligned with Global Marketing guidelines
  • Seeks business and Branding opportunities using Search Engines as well as Social and Professional Media platforms
  • Responsible for daily / weekly content updates, engaging with the target audiences
  • Responsible for data analysis and monitoring processes to review effectiveness
  • Develop and execute a PR strategy that ensures our Brands are correctly positioned as per Global guidelines
  • Events coordination
  • Competitive Intelligence
  • Identifies and builds relationship with local relevant Media stakeholders 
  • Developing communication channels within internal employees (all levels and Practices), being aligned with the corporate internal communication guidelines and tools
  • Acting as an advisor for the local management team in regards to internal communication
  • Periodically running market research, identifying opportunities for Marketing campaigns
  • Proposing new ideas to local management team and to the Global Marketing Department.
