About Gensenta 

Gensenta, with its identity renewed in 2020, is one of Turkey’s leading, oldest and most established pharmaceutical companies. With its expert employees of around 844 members and its modern facilities, Gensenta is one the most important finished drug products and pharmaceutical raw material manufacturers of Turkey. Penicillin group of active pharmaceutical ingredients, macrolide group of active pharmaceutical ingredient and Etodolac and other active pharmaceutical ingredients are produced in four separate production units in Gensenta Raw Material Production Facilities. Owning the only penicillin production plant in Turkey, Gensenta became the first Turkish pharmaceutical manufacturer whose finished products received FDA approval upon inspection of its raw material and finished product plants in 2006. 

In accordance with the world-class “Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)” and “Current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP)” rules, Gensenta’s drug products that are produced based on continuous training, knowledge accumulation and modern technology are offered to the service of human health both in Turkey and in many other countries. Simplifying patients’ access to drugs, Gensenta exports through Turkey to a region that comprises 70 percent of the global pharmaceutical market.

Job Purpose

Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, organizational development and learning & development, payroll, compensation & benefits of Gensenta Site located in Yenibosna.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as consultant to business; provide counsel and assist employees and people managers in solving Human Resource related issues

• Identify talent development requirements of the organization and work in conjunction with talent management for support as well as deliver core management essentials programs.

• Establish processes to develop and support development plans to meet the organizational needs

• Analyze organizational issues and align the organizational structure, systems, and processes to support business goals

• Actively monitor employees' performance management by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, managing conflicts, implementing selected solutions, coaching managers and employees.

• Proactively communicate HR policies, programs and employee information

• Execute recruitment processes

• Ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive to market in line with company’s Comp & Ben framework, in cooperation with HR Operations team

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Sociology and Psychology, etc.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in HRBP/Generalist type roles (preferably in organizational development and learning and development areas) in pharma industry

• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Turkey

• Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

• Ability to multi-task and manage different HR processes

• A strong team player with strong analytical and communication skills

• A Self-starter and results-oriented mindset

• Good command of MS Office Applications, SAP HR module knowledge would be preferred

• Fluency in English and Turkish
