QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project – Construction & Commissionning Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for HMS, (Processes, Procedures & Tools), implementing, training and auditing.
Responsible of the key quality metrics for the Function C&C
Analysing the key Path indicators, the critical non-conformities root causes of the Function C&C and initiate, follow-up until full implementation of corrections, continuous improvements plans with Process Owners to improve the Business.

Essential Responsibilities :

-Ensure timely management and quality of NCR’s, RCA’s and associated CP/PP
-Drive some major-complex RCA – Quality Alerts
-Deep dive on specific/complex/recurrent issues, identify gaps and define improvement actions.
-Lead continuous improvement actions until full implementation & effectiveness.
-Co-chair the C&C Governance Meetings.
-Drive the HMS improvement strategy and action plan.
-Responsible to prepare & run the C&C Process Performance Review with stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Advanced degree in engineering (mechanics or electrical) or equivalent.
-Project Management skills acquired by education and experience (>10yrs), PMP certified or equivalent a plus.
-Site Management experience a plus.
-Experienced in Quality analysis tools & techniques (Black Belt a plus)
-Fluent English
