• Minimum 3 years of administering and supporting Windows or Linux based Security Products.
• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Excellent time management, strong analytical, documentation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Hands on experience in security systems including Security Intelligence and Analytics (Splunk a plus), security auditing products like Firewall Audit, Active Directory Audit, Database Audit and Network Monitoring and Forensics Tools.
• Experience with process automation and/or scripting like Powershell, Bash, Perl, Python, etc.
• Experience with enterprise class SIEM tools (creating and modifying correlation alert rules, parsers, reports, and managing dashboards)
• Good knowledge of networking technologies.
• Experience with trouble ticketing and change management tools.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve basic network and application or system integration issues.
• Teamworking, prioritizing, innovation, self & past learning capabilities are plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Garanti BBVA Technology is looking for Security Intelligence and Analytics Specialists who have expertise in security information and event management (SIEM) area. The ideal candidates will have an open mind, bring a fresh perspective to our team and be passionate about integrating, maintaining and supporting to security related devices. Security Intelligence and Analytics Team is supporting our Cyber Security Department by building and tuning security alerts, reports, dashboard and assisting with use of the SIEM for real-time investigation and analysis.

IT Security Intelligence and Analytics Specialist duties include (but are not limited to):

• Works to collect Logs from different sources via various methods and creates rules by using them for helping Threat&Incident detection.
• Partners with other Cyber Defense teams in the integration of security tools with the SIEM.
• Maintains the health, performance, stabilization, tuning and ongoing planning of the security products.
• Works to develop security policies, procedures and process workflows.
• Evaluates new and emerging security products and technologies.
• Stays abreast of current technologies, security compliance requirements, standards and industry trends in order to help achieve the goals of the department.
