CORPORATE PORTALS / BUSINESS ANALYST

Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 2 years of professional work experience as Business / Process Analyst

Experience in implementation, programming, systems support, and integration of web based applications and enterprise business tools is highly preferred.

Understanding of UI/UX design principles and web design approaches (adaptive, responsive etc.)

Experience developing requirements for systems containing confidential and regulated data is a plus

Innovative, following the innovations and solutions in the sector

Advanced SQL knowledge,

Ability to create solutions for integrating services/ functionalities with 3rd parties

Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle

Job Description

The responsibilities of this position include collecting, analyzing and processing requirements of corporate intranet portals which are used by Garanti BBVA and its subsidiaries (garantibbva-intranet, gtnet, gecom etc.)

The job requires preparation of detailed specification reports for software development team and testing of software applications as well as some maintenance work on existing systems.

The job also requires monitoring technological changes and producing new ideas to improve the product and increase customer satisfaction.
