Business Analyst / Application Security

Garanti Technology is looking for a System Analyst to extend its successful development team responsible for security applications including Authentication  & Authorization, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), Biometric Authentication & Identification.

Successful recruits will benefit from huge amount of technical experience and knowledge within the team.

Technical Skills

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, System Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of system analysis experience in IT Sector.
• Algorithm building skill and knowledge about flowcharts, data types and pseudocode
• Preferably possession of authentication and authorization knowledge.
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
• Knowledge of system analysis skills is must.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/MS SQL server) is preferable.
• Knowledge about test processes and methodologies is preferable.
• Knowledge about Agile & Scrum Framework is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good command of written and spoken English.
• Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least two years.

Job Description

Responsibilities of this position include collecting, analyzing and processing requirements of business partners and preparation of detailed specification reports for software development team for them to develop necessary applications. The job will also require testing of such software applications as well as some maintenance work on existing systems.
