QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


BBVA Technology is looking for a Support Engineer (IT Swat Squad Team Member) to extend its Service Control Center- Platform team. Successful recruits will benefit from the huge amount of technical experience and knowledge within the team.

 

Technical Skills

·         BS or MS degree on Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering departments

·         Knowledge and experience on Monitoring(7/24), Operation, ITSM and Incident management processes

·         Experience on Windows based server management

·         Experience on Unix and Linux based operating systems

·         Experience on virtualization technologies (vmware etc.)

·         Experience on storage, Backup and FTP environments

·         Level support for platform incidents and performance problems, deep down analysis for finding out root causes of incidents.

Job Description

Service Control Center monitors all banking services and IT system components. Team members work with shifts for 7/24 monitoring. Team handles all incidents, performs 1st level actions for solving the incidents or escalate to the related teams, also coordinates the communication as long as the incident continues.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
