Competency Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
• Very good command of MS Office applications,
• Communication and organizational skills are required,
• Efficient in a fast paced environment.

Job description:

• Assisting Managing Director with the daily work organization,
• Managing required correspondence, e-mail and phone traffic,
• Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations,
• Making travel and guest arrangements,
• Proactively resolves executive needs, 
• Other related work assigned by the director and administration manager.
