QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for a SAP Specialist in g2mEKSPER Satış ve Dağıtım Hizmetleri A.Ş. The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:   


Job Description
  • Being responsible of all SAP modules in projects.
  • Managing integrations between SAP and other systems as well as a warehouse management system, Hybris and business process management tool etc. 
  • Identifying business requirements, analyze and document as-is process and interfaces, discover process gaps, design to-be SAP processes in collaboration with business resources & third party contractors
  • Supervising SAP consultants and technical teams to ensure the planned activities are performed in expected quality, time and cost,
  • Conduct execution and implementation of the processes in SAP through testing and training,
  • Analyzing business processes and provide documents
  • Managing IT service desk for SAP requests and incidents,
  • Giving training to users 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT department
  • Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
  • Work closely with the company management, third-party vendors and advisors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of Information System experience, first-hand experience in SAP integration process
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM & SD module is an asset
  • Ability to provide technical consultancy to business and support SAP related projects
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • Effective time management and simultaneous business execution skills
  • Understanding needs of the customer & market and ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks
  • Being a team professional
  • Effective collaboration skills, showing flexibility to different perspectives,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Strong documentation and process control skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Military service completed for male candidates

    Preferred Candidate

    2 - 3 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Doctorate(Student)
    Completed, Exempt
