Pmo Manager

We are looking for PMO Manager who develops, establishes, and maintains project management standards and procedures.

Position is being outsourced, located in Sütlüce and Offsite/ Home office working is possible.

We continue to work remotely due to a pandemic so meetings will be held online.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in an Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience on project management, programme management areas, and with minimum 3 years in portfolio management roles. 
  
• Experience in demand evaluation and management. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Kanban and Waterfall
• Project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management.
  
• The role also requires someone with a strong integration/security/commercial background who has experience in the global IT arena.
• Strong English language skills (written/oral)
  

 Job Description

• Ability to think creatively about technology and assist in the creation of long-term digital strategies
• Work closely with project managers to monitor project/program/portfolio or area progress and tracks status/issue management of all efforts therein
• Administer the budget roadmap plan
• Help drive concept readiness, artifact quality, business prioritization, and budget normalization
• Supporting all Digital Intake activities including artifact quality review and weekly meetings to review all Digital-impacting efforts
• Coordinates his/her team with Digital Intake, IT Demand, and project management teams to synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful book of work and roadmap updates
• Gathering information and creating reports for the purposes of Executive Reporting
• Drives to improve and refine the project portfolio management processes
