Form Elektrik is a leading firm in the energy sector and is seeking an experienced Medium Voltage (MV) Division Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is a strategic leadership position aimed at increasing sales of Medium Voltage products and services, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions by analyzing customer requirements.
• Understand the technical requirements of products and propose suitable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Test and evaluate the applicability and performance of products.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to product development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product engineering or technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical documentation and reporting skills.
