PVT (Plant Vehicle Team) Timing Engineer is responsible from the Manufacturing Plant Operations Manage-the-Change (MTC) process for all changes Post Job 1 and the implementation & communication of changes originating from Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Suppliers (External and Internal) and Manufacturing Operations. This process is to ensure Workstations, Measurement/Gauging Equipment and Standard Cells are prepared to effectively implement changes including to support the completion and update of changes related to Plant Operating System requirements and documentation. The goal is to reduce internal and external product concerns. The process verifies that approved changes are acceptable for plant implementation and that change related issues are eliminated. The MTC process provides the plant a standard set of steps to follow for changes. Additionally, it provides the plant with a change management process for minor program updates, which are defined as scale of 3 or less (VO) or M3 or less (PT).

Job Description:

• Organizes the implementation of ongoing production engineering changes collaborating with suppliers.
• Investigates the effects of the engineering changes to the Kocaeli and Elabuga & Kansas Plants’ manufacturing plants.
• Coordinates the individual implementation plan for sister plants by considering shipment time.
• Schedules and facilitates the weekly Plant MTC meeting. This includes the MTC meeting agenda with the support of the Manage The Change Committee (MTCC) to prioritize changes based on timing and need.
• Issues timing approval on wers base upon QOP and functional build requirements.
• Monitors CMMS3, records all ECNs and prepares GPCN form and share with plants Mp&L & PPM & PD- Pvt departments.
• Follows up of the necessary equipment order and installation for body, paint and assembly areas to trigger to FB period off.
• Leads regular coordination meeting between sister plants to discuss timing issues, concern approvals and weekly FB status and the items threatening serial production continuity.
• Places orders from the supplier for trials with PPAP’ed samples.
• Makes data entry with regards to fb results to timing databases.
• Attends CMM & RC meeting and support R/C coordinator for current status of engineering changes. 

Requirements:

• Industrial or Management Engineering bachelor’s degree,
• Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced level of English
• Build strong relationships; be a team player; communicate clearly, concisely, and candidly; demonstrate initiative, empowerment, courage, tenacity, and integrity; set high expectations; hold yourself responsible and accountable for delivering results
• Experience and ability to lead a group through issues and managing project
• Candidates must be able to travel
• Knowledge/experience of Major Ford processes. WERS, CMMS-3, PSW, OTG and product tree.
• Completed military service for male candidates
